2021年3月10日 · In October of 2019, we removed TCM from our normal lineup. As over 90% of our customers watched less than two movies per month. Given this, we decided to move TCM to the Sports Entertainment Package, which will help us manage programming costs that are passed on to our customers.

However, on Monday the TCM tv channel 33100 disappeared and so did support for the app. I can’t authenticate my account for iPhone, iPad or fire tv cube. The message is just you no longer have this service. I contacted Xfinity support staff and they said it’s TCM.

2023年12月16日 · Yet both ESPN and TCM ARE in my current service, and I can watch them through the set-top box; I just want to be able to stream things on my schedule. I have been able to stream espn and tcm through the roku for years; it's only in the past two weeks that Xfinity refuses to authorize the streaming. What has changed? Please fix this.
