I included three copies with the package as requested, and after that I closed the pop up that contained the auto-generated commercial invoice that UPS creates for you when you buy a shipping label.

2021年3月19日 · The best option in this case would be to reach out to your local UPS customer services, they should be able to either give you an email address to send the invoice to, so the collection center can print the required amount of copies and attach em to the box, or get the driver to come back and collect the invoices.

UPS is the broker, and the commercial invoice is both completed through the UPS system and included in each box (inside & outside). When we send 20-50 shipments out each day through UPS, it is starting to become a big issue.

When I dropped off the package for return, it was missing the commercial invoice (the seller did not provide this with the return shipping label) Later through the tracking info I saw that UPS contacted the seller to obtain what I assume would be the commercial invoice.

2023年5月10日 · However, I got a scan that says "A missing commercial invoice is causing a delay. We are working to obtain this information." Does that matter? I did send the guy the commercial invoice, and UPS isn't actually picking up the package until tomorrow, so won't the scan get corrected once they pick it up and see the invoice?

2017年12月16日 · If your international pkg doesn’t contain 3 copies of an invoice (what it is, what it’s worth, who bought it, who sold it) it will be delayed or returned. You might be able to remedy it by calling customer service or a UPS store. Whoever accepted the pkg should have checked for an invoice. Good luck!
