2007年7月23日 · I agree with tilt on fluency. For me, bilingualism is the ability to speak two languages equally well. If, when you speak French, the French think you are French, and when you speak English, the English think you are English, then you are truly bilingual.

2011年9月4日 · The words, capacitise and capacitize are not in the WR dictionary. Researching in 2 other on-line dictionaries also gives no hits. My COD also has no entry. Google gives a few thousand hits for both forms. I have not knowingly seen these words before today.
