2024年9月9日 · Correct, it only shows the new colours. I didn’t have my graphite Milanese loop with me. I did compare the graphite case to the natural and slate cases, and it sat between the two. If you add the silver Hermes to the line up, you end up with a fairly smooth gradient (i.e. similar jumps in darkness) from silver to natural to graphite to slate.

2021年10月20日 · I have the Graphite for pick up on the weekend and will use it for the 14 days and see how it holds up. If too many scratches I might go with the silver so I can polish them out. Up to this point I've had aluminium space grey and that has not shown any scratches apart from the one time I hit it into a door and it has a small scratch on the frame.

2022年10月5日 · In my experience the silver Milanese band tarnishes easily and you have to clean off a black residue over time. The graphite Milanese does not seem to show any tarnishing so to my mind it holds up better. Either stainless case would go well with the black Milanese imho. Btw I have a white garmin with rose gold fenix 5!

However, as the graphite looks darker in person compared to Apple images and as the slate appears to darker in videos compared to Apple images, and since the Apple images for both are very similar, I think graphite and slate will be similar in person. 2024年9月9日 · That’s fair! I have a lot of sport bands (various colors) and they all look nice with either silver or graphite SS so I’d assume it’ll be the same for natural and slate titanium. Can’t go wrong with either honestly.

2024年9月17日 · But to the best of my knowledge, that won’t be possible anymore without removing the PVD coating of the new Series 10. The natural titanium as shown in Tong‘s video isn’t really natural at all. I find it curious that Apple uses that as a description as it’s actually a pigmented coating just like gold or graphite.

2024年9月17日 · Yes the graphite has always been PVD, but the black hasn’t. I believe the first black SS watch was DLC but then the next version was PVD. Social media went nuts over it when the change was noticed on the specs on the apple site.

2017年7月1日 · We had a graphite (dark grey) Mercedes that got keyed all down one side. Until we got it repaired, I covered it using a plain soft pencil. It will be somewhat lighter than the color of the case, but at least not white. It did a pretty good job on the car, except of course if you looked, you could still see the gouge.
