You can, however, recreate the needed links in InDesign by drawing a transparent box over the places that need linking and using the Hyperlink Panel to make those boxes into "replacement" hyperlinks.

2024年11月20日 · Hyperlinks are disappearing from several InDesign documents. Some are updated files from last year and others were recently created. Shared hyperlinks is turned off on ALL hyperlinks. A character style is applied to the hyperlinks. The hyperlinks that disappear are active, working and confirmed in previously exported PDFs.

For example, I can make the link https://www.adobe.com unactive (unclickable) when viewing the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but if I load the same PDF in the Chrome browser then the hyperlink is active.

Then select (there are other methods) Type > Hyperlinks & Cross References > New Hyperlink in the resulting dialogue box in the Link to drop down menu select URL and enter the complete URL (I always copy and paste from the actual website).

I also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still no help. The only thing that changed was I uploaded InDesign. Since then, links in Adobe Acrobat Reader don't work. I have Windows 10.
