ALS logic family circuit calculations - Physics Forums
2016年4月14日 · Homework Statement For the ALS logic circuit, estimate: (a) the current IOL (b) the delay in a 1-to-0 transition at one of the inputs of GATE 1 appearing as an effect at the output of GATE 5. (c) the total power consumed by the circuit …
Do transistors only work with DC and not with AC? - Physics Forums
2019年2月14日 · Whereas "AC" means that the current is alternating (usually about some quiescent current value, as Jim has pointed you to). Transistors are fine amplifying AC signals, as long as the quiescent point is chosen so that the bias of the transistor (usually in its active region) is met throughout the input and output signal swing range.
Hall-effect sensor, need to know resistance - Physics Forums
2010年3月9日 · V1 represents (simulates) the Hall Effect sensor output with a 2.5 volt quiescent dc offset and a 0.1 volt peak, 1000Hz sine wave. For a gain of one, all you need is the 10k (R1) from the LM358 output back to the (-) input.
Why does op-amps gain decrease at high frequency - Physics …
2011年1月13日 · Ive read on loads on places that tell me this but don't explain why. They explain the closed loop gain drops off because the open loop gain in their 'real' equations is no longer infinite/very high so the assumpstions that lead to ideal equations fail. but nowhere can I …
Amplifier circuit driving an 8 Ohm speaker - Physics Forums
2019年3月2日 · Hence, as a first step it is necessary to find the DC quiescent current Ic. This will be one reason for the discreapency between your calculation and Simulation. Remark: Of course, during calculaton you have to consider the fact that the first stage is loaded by the second stage (the input resistance of the 2nd stage is in parallel to Rc)
Using Bernoulli's Equation to find pressure in a wind tunnel
2015年2月10日 · Homework Statement A wind tunnel is designed to draw in air from the atmosphere and produce a velocity of 100m/s in the test section. THe fan is located downstream of the test section. What pressure is to be expected in the test section if the atmospheric temperature and pressure are -20C...
