Your available promotional certificate balance appears in the payment section when you place an order through the Shopping Cart. You'll see eligible funds automatically applied. This balance doesn't appear in Your Account (you'll only see the gift card balance there).

2023年8月14日 · I recently put in an order for an item on Amazon and selected the delivery date that was an "Amazon day" so I could receive a $3 Amazon digital credit. I would like to know where I could go to check that balance as I have selected this option for multiple purchases and do not know how much money I have in digital credits. Thanks!

2020年11月16日 · After wasting the better part of an hour searching Amazon's site for any way to find my digital credit balance, it seems a little obvious that Amazon has established these round-about ways to find the credits to keep usage of them to a minimum. The expiration dates are varied and for short periods for the same reason.
