2018年11月24日 · Amylose is a polymer of low molecular weight (1.03–4.89 x 10 5), which consists of linear chains bound by α-1,4 glycosides links and behaves essentially as a non-branched molecule. Amylopectin has a higher molecular weight (7.08–9.88 x 10 7 ) and its cluster-like structure implies a heavy branching (Mua & Jackson, Citation 1997 ).
