Xbox One X player, I have owned the game since November of last year, but ever since the new update the game recognises me as a trial player and locks me out of multiplayer modes. i have done a full reinstall and a full system power cycle, problem remains.

When I launch battlefield V and select my account, all actionable options disappear like it’s a loading screen. However, nothing updates so I’m stuck on a screen while the music plays endlessly. I’ve followed all of your steps, it’s installed on my Xbox, not an external hd, and nothing is plugged into the usb slots.

I installed Battlefield V for free with EA play as part of Game Pass for my Xbox One S, but when I try to play the multiplayer, I am told that I am a trial player and need to upgrade the game to access the content. The campaign works fine, and I don’t have this issue with any other EA Play title, including other Battlefield games.
