The part that you need to change is called the "TELEMATICS MODULE" Part number 68222278AA in Canada the part cost $1000 at the Chrysler dealer but for me it was worth it.

2020年2月28日 · The failure is not Bluetooth but in the voice recognition Hands Free "Telematics" Module. It's relatively easy to replace but quite expensive at $380 from Mopar. It's behind the panel under the steering column (on a LHD car, not sure on RHD). There are videos on YouTube on how to replace it.
