2024年12月9日 · The Clovis City Council selected Councilmember Vong Mouanoutoua as the new Clovis Mayor and Councilmember Diane Pearce as Mayor Pro Tem during the regularly scheduled Clovis City Council Meeting on Monday night.

Dec. 9, 2024: As temperatures continue to drop, the City of Clovis is offering a warming center for those in need. Residents are welcome to stay warm in the lobby of the Police and Fire Headquarters during the evening hours (sunset-sunrise) when the predicted overnight low reaches 35 degrees or lower.

Clovis voters, at large, elect a 5-member Council to serve as the City’s legislative and governing body. The members serve 4 year terms and they elect one member to serve as mayor and one to serve as mayor pro tem for two years.

2025年2月5日 · This morning just after 3:30AM, a Clovis Police officer on patrol near Fowler/Alluvial noticed a suspicious vehicle driving in the area. As the officer tried pulling the vehicle over, it sped away, leading officers on a 23-mile pursuit to southwest Fresno.
