The Dalmore 40 Year Old is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, before a portion is carefully transferred into 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks, and another into rare Graham’s Port Colheita casks from 1970.
The Dalmore 45 Year Old Whisky | Rare & Prestige | The Dalmore US
Created using some of the distillery’s rarest and most exquisite casks by The Dalmore Master Distiller, Richard Paterson OBE. Initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, the whisky is then influenced by Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barriques.
