2011年10月29日 · These horns were intended and designed for use on a diesel locomotive. Train horns are extremely loud, and it is against the law to blow them while driving down the road in some places. In my opinion, using horns to scare people is childish and stupid, and gives all legitimate horn collectors a bad name.
