PS5 Controller not being recognized no matter what I try.
Jan 13, 2023 · With my ps5 controller connected to my PC, ds4 always displays "No Controllers Connected." I've tried every fix i can find: Connecting my controller both wired and wireless, Disabling and reactivating the device in device manager, removing the device in device manager, and using multiple cables. ds4 is fully up to date and any correct drivers are installed.

Nov 15, 2020 · To me it just goes to show that disabling DS4 compatability with PS5 games is an entirely arbitrary limitation imposed by Sony for no good reason other than to sell more Dualsense controllers. Hopefully they'll enable full DS4 compatability in a future update.

Solution for PS4/PS5 controller switching back and forth to
DS4 settings tab > Uncheck Hide DS4 controller and then Check it again. Let DS4 initialize again. Go Back to controller profile and uncheck Disable Virtual Controller Save profile Uncheck and check Hide DS4 controller. Honestly not sure how it worked but its working now.

Feb 10, 2021 · - Checking Hide DS4 Controller setting. - Switching to and Emulated Dualshock controller instead of an XBox360 one. - Switching the polling rate to the default 250hz. Jan 28, 2022 · Thanks for the profile! Everything works, though the vibration does not work at the same time. I checked it on the game Disco Elysium. In the xbox 360 gamepad mode, there is vibration when moving from an object to another, but on your profile for Ds4, this is not.

Apr 5, 2022 · It depends, if you are trying to use your DualSense as an actual DualSense in PS Remote Play you won't be able to do so because DS4Windows can only "create" virtual DS4/Xbox 360 controllers, and when using DS4Windows you play by using DS4Windows' virtual controller with games instead of directly using your real controller.
