2011年1月1日 · This communication reports a core level XPS study of Na 2 O–SiO 2 glasses with emphasis on the Na 1s, O 1s and Si 2p lines. The O 1s spectra include well resolved BO and NBO signals. The veracity of the XPS O1s results is confirmed by 29 Si MAS NMR studies conducted on the same glasses.
