How to download books from Google Play
Go to play.google.com.; At the top right, click your profile icon. Click Library & devices Books.; Next to the book you want to download, click More Export Download EPUB or Download PDF.

How to download books from Google Play
If Play Books can’t download to your SD card, it automatically downloads to your internal storage instead. Previous downloads don’t transfer to the SD card. To move previously downloaded books to the SD card, turn on SD card storage, remove the download, and then redownload the book.

Add bookmarks, notes & highlights in an ebook - Google Help
Tap Play Books Settings Save notes, highlights, and bookmarks. Name the folder where you want to save your notes. By default, the folder is named "Play Books Notes." Turn on Save notes, highlights, and bookmarks. Tap Done. To rename your folder, re-open Settings in the Google Play Books app and make the change there.
