2013年9月3日 · I have a miniature poodle and she has been having some problems with going down the steps. She goes up the stairs fine, but she tries to run down the steps which causes her to trip and fall. I have tried to teach her to go down the steps slowly by giving her treats as she goes down each step.

Until she is a little older, you may want to put a baby gate in front of the stairs to halt her upward progress. Why do you carry her up and down the stairs? She should be fine to do stairs on her own.
