2023年4月25日 · I have been a Tracfone phone user for 19 years and I will never buy another one. QVC said I get 24 gigs with my phone buy only got 12. I have screen shots and neither Tracfone on QVC would give me the missing 12 gig. Then to make matters worse, the data I had left, which was like 17 gig just disappeared.

2023年2月18日 · Tracfone service is sold by the minutes and time. If your time is for 365 days and you still have minutes, texts, and data when the time expires, your service is shut off. You just can't add minutes if your time ran out. You need time as well. You can just add time if you have minutes, data and texts left. I have done this a few times.
