2018年7月25日 · Okay, I clicked on the "edit" button in Tableau Server and when the view came up the logo is still not showing however when I hover with the cursor over the area where it should be appearing I get an outline of the png file like you see in the screen grab below but still the image does not show.

Faced the similar & exact issue with a report, report opens fine in the browser with normal URLwith out png but when tried with .png at the end of URL same issue and even image download works fine. Looks like a data source used in a different dashboard in the same workbook has issue opening due to credentials, just added the correct credentials ...

2022年1月26日 · Hi @sri venkatesh (Member) ,. I suspect that your tableau server is unable to connect to your SMTP server. If your tableau server and SMTP are not in the same network then try whitelisting the tableau server IP address in your SMTP.
