This provider will provide coverage for the PROs like ASCAP and BMI as well as the licenses required to use those recordings in your business. In the US, you need to obtain licensing from ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and GMR.

I understand that the regular Spotify account does not publicly allow people to play music in a facility but the Spotify Business does. But since streaming is an entirely different avenue, I was wondering if it's allowable even with Spotify business.
