2011年9月23日 · MPC-HC does have a solution to OP's problem. It's under "Video Frame->Touch Window From Outside". The default in both VLC and MPC-HC using this terminology is "Touch Window From Inside" when auto-zooming. I have been wishing for this ability in VLC for many years, but it is not currently possible to solve this.
