I used both Browser and the Xbox app and I found Xbox app has way less input lag and playable but image quality suffer at around evenings. Browser works best at morning where less congestion. But there are a lot of input lag at evenings. So it's either image quality or input lag, you have to decide which one you can deal with.

Sometimes it gets laggy, but relatively rarely and usually only if there's multiple devices streaming in my household. works well enough to hold me over until I finally finish my PC (god bless you Todd and Xbox for allowing modders freedom to upload good mods)
