Maybe Friedman's IR-D fixes the flubby bottom end of JTM45 Marshalls, so comparing the clean channel of IR-D to a JTM45 isn't the best idea Dave? Especially if the IR-D's clean tones sound significantly better than a vintage JTM45.

2024年6月5日 · Some amps only offer Bluetooth to smart devices, so a USB cable is required for connection to a computer. For the record, I have acquired other desktop amps (and a modeler) to satisfy GAS and at this point they have either been sold or collect dust. That just my perspective. Lots of options out there.

2024年11月30日 · Despite the amps being a great entry into the market, the TMP (their first product that directly competes with Helix/Fractal) is still clearly behind, and it's been over 5 years since they launched the tone master line. Similarly, the Quad Cortex was missing a ton of features when it launched 4 years ago.

2024年11月12日 · The amps didn't really make a dent in the market, but the plugins are generally great although some are better than others. It seems very unlikely given their current financial state that they would try to create an inhouse dept for a modeling line relaunch.

2019年5月27日 · DSL’s are VERY high gain amps. The 20/5/1w versions don’t have the classic gain crunch mode, so all you have is the clean classic gain and the Ultra gain channel. It has tones of gain. I play modern death metal and I keep the gain at noon/1 o’clock at most. The vast majority of the time the gain is set at 10-11 o’clock, and that’s plenty!
