$CMMS Mentoring Boxers fracture to the 5th Metacrapal and base of 4th Metacarpal fracture 3 years ago. The patient has had traditional therapy but this failed. He has a rotational deformity of the little finger, significant scarring and a solid, hard end feel, end range of motion. The x-rays look good. ORIF was successful.
