This workout checks most of the boxes. Power, strength, jumping, injury prevention, mobility. And I love that he did a nice long warm up. In my 11 years experience as a PT, I’ve found that mobilizing or stretching the sciatic nerve is the quickest and easiest way to get relief from pain and decrease likelihood of future flare ups. Stretch should be gentle and not increasing symptoms. Try to work in pain-free range working for 1-3 sets of 10-20 slow reps. Do it as much as you’d like, in standing or sitting at the edge of a chair. It also often works for generalized back aches.
