Spam musubis are the best cheap grab-and-go snack! You can find them almost everywhere in Hawaii but not so much here (& some places are so skimpy on the spam)! But it’s super quick & easy to make at home, you don’t even need a musubi mold—just use an empty spam can! 😉 INGREDIENTS (6 musubis): 1 can @spambrand, cut in 6 4 cups sushi rice, cooked 2 seaweed sheets, cut in 3 2 tbs soy sauce 2 tbs mirin 1 tbs sugar furikake DIRECTIONS: 1. Fry spam & simmer in soy sauce glaze. 2. Assemble using spam
